The holidays are a great time to take a moment and think about what you’re grateful for.
Gratitude helps you feel better, enjoy experiences more, and build better relationships.
Your mission: Capture your gratefulness.
There are many things to be grateful for during the holidays and many ways to cultivate gratitude.
Gather a photo of someone or something you’re grateful for. It may be a photo you take yourself or one that you find on social media or have sent to you by text/message.
You may wish to consider writing a thank-you note, thinking about someone you’re grateful for, meditating, praying, or keeping a gratitude journal.
Now, carry on with your Christmas activities, your scrapbooking will be ready for you in January!
