What is your travel wish list?
Do you have a travel motto?
What do you do while you are on vacation?
Is there one place you keep going back to?
PHOTOS:
Share photos, or postcards of places you’ve travelled.
Find stock photography of places you’ve been, or would like to go.
DESIGN TIPS:
Use travel symbols: arrows, globes, footprints, a compass rose, and maps.
Example: I happened to find the perfect sheet of scrapbook paper for this layout. (Sightseeing Stew Poached Photos – Jillibean Soup). Use other maps on your layouts too, it doesn’t have to be a map of the world, perhaps it’s a map of a campground or the map of a theme park.
Use travel quotes:
- We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us.
- I want to make memories all over the world.
- It’s good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end. – Ernest Hemingway
- The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page. – St. Agustine
- Once a year, go someplace you’ve never been before. – Dalai Lama
- I would rather own little and see the world, than own the world and see little of it. – Alexander Sattler
- Actually, the best gift you could have given her was a lifetime of adventures… – Lewis Carroll
