I created this page to celebrate my love for genetics, my “geek-chic” side.
To make the word “GEEK” stand out off of the page I traced around the letters with a black marker.
As a fun embellishment I created speech bubbles on the computer.

Double helix earrings?! Want!
Love genetics, too. Love the idea of taking online college courses. I could update my physical anthropology and geology! Benefit of taking genetics online? No fruit flies in your hair. Hated that lab.
The earrings are from Lia Sophia, I think they call them Twizzler. I liked them because they reminded me of DNA! At times I wished that I was back in the lab, but then I remembered trying to dissect a fruit fly to find some miniature little gland… ugh! Coursera was fun, and Dr. Noor was a fun instructor. I laughed because he always had a little bobble head Darwin in the background of his videos.
Another nifty idea for a scrapbook page! That takes a real keen sense of self-awareness to come up with that kind of a page! I love the one you made! Thanks for the idea!
